Laetitia is the producer and host of The Safer Cleaner Planet Series, a videocast dedicated to identifying the world’s energy, transportation and infrastructure leaders and educating climate and sustainable energy focused investors, family offices, policy decision-makers and influencers with in-person interviews discussing transitional, new technology, incentive and regulatory stewardship across the globe.

Drawing on her legal background (Oxford University LLB/LLM Commercial Law and International Energy Litigation), she also regularly contributes articles for Nuclear Future Magazine, examining state aid, innovative financial models and regulatory developments supporting energy transition [including EV charging infrastructure] especially SMR/Advanced Nuclear FOAK projects. She is an active member of the Nuclear Industry Association.

In addition to being invited to chair/moderate panels at European energy conferences, produce short interviews [Sept 2024 Energy Landscape UK – see LinkedIn profile] and co-host documentaries, Laetitia also hosts bespoke executive and corporate energy events covering large-scale conservation philanthropy and the new nuclear renaissance.

In March 2025 Laetitia has been accepted on the prestigious NEA International Nuclear Law Essentials (INLE) training session in Paris for nuclear professionals.  She is co-founder and Associate of start-up Floral Energy [Microgrids-to-SMRs] with Former Chairman and CTO of Rolls Royce SMR. Spearheading a new social media campaign ‘Make Nuclear Cool Again’, in November 2025 she will be hosting an Energy Transition and Conservation/Rainforest Roundtable Series and Gala dinner in Belem, Brazil for COP30.

Having attained her LLB (Law) from St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford, Laetitia completed the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar at Inner Temple in October 2009. As a non-practicing barrister, she holds an LLM in International Commercial Law with specialization in International Energy Litigation (Commendation) from City Law School. While obtaining credits from UWLA Law School for the California Bar Exam in Los Angeles, in 2015 she was awarded The Witkin Award in Constitutional Law.

Having worked at The Council on Foreign Relations in New York in the 1990’s under David Rockefeller and Peter G. Peterson, Laetitia also worked for the M&A Corporate Practice of Wilmerhale LLP (London), the Air Quality and Climate Change Practice at Katten, Muchin and Rosenman LLP (San Francisco) and in recent years assisted Partners of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP with business development in their international energy and infrastructure practice group. In 2020 Laetitia’s interest in new nuclear/SMR’s began when she represented a US based nuclear company client.

Laetitia is an Advisory Board Member of leading European environmental litigation charity ClientEarth and a “Climate Leader” with Al Gore’ Climate Reality Project, she is also an advocate for keeping hydrocarbons in the mix using Gas-to-Nuclear and Coal-To-Nuclear/CCUS and is pro-energy-choice for a just energy transition that is pro clean industrialization and growth according to the Sustainable Energy For All (SEFA UNFCC).

Aside from her energy, climate mitigation and environmental protection work, Laetitia has been a freelance writer for 30 years for a range of publications including Harpers Bazaar, Frank, W, The Sunday Times, Above Magazine (Editor-At-Large) and Spear’s Wealth Management Magazine. Today she writes for Nuclear Future Magazine.

In the context of the urgent need for energy security, the UNFCC’s carbon emissions reduction targets and guarding against fuel poverty and pursuing transitional energy strategies, Laetitia’s consultancy firm, Transition2Zero and videocast, The Safer Cleaner Planet Series (on LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and X) is dedicated to educating investors, and policy-makers through depth interviews with regulatory and technology experts in the New Nuclear and Sustainability sector, including conventional renewables, microgrids and innovative integrated systems (coined by Professor Joshua Goldstein as “nuables”), as “probably the best answer to solve climate change in line with the Agenda 2030 and 2050 timelines.”

Laetitia regularly co-hosts climate & energy, ESG impact focused events in London (see Upcoming International Events Page) and internationally. In 2025 she is working with an established US documentary producer on a new video campaign ‘Make Nuclear Cool Again’, while also hosting an Energy Transition Roundtable Series and Gala dinner in Belem, Brazil for COP30.

In October 2022, Laetitia founded Transition2Zero Limited (UK), an energy transition, infrastructure and project development consultancy firm https://www.transition2zero.net/

Laetitia’s current academic focus to accelerate New Nuclear adoption is threefold;
i) a T20 Recommendation Report on how best performing countries are adapting, streamlining, harmonizing their regulatory regimes to accelerate FOAK new nuclear projects along with their significant safety advances and integrated systems (islanded and on-grid), especially for data centers, hydrogen production, EV Charging infrastructure and other clean transport systems, district heating and sustainable industrial manufacturing e.g. steel production.
ii) a T20 Recommendation Report on unlocking the financing challenges of developing SMR and AMR’s, including an analysis of the financial models, institutional and sustainable/climate finance capabilities and need for substantial FOAK subsidy reform.
iii) in depth review of the latest integrated systems technological and business model innovations that will shorten connectivity using new nuclear/SMR’s/AMR’s/MMR’s [including Gas-to-Nuclear and Coal-To-Nuclear] from industrial clusters/applications (islanded and on-grid) to supply “5 nines uptime” electricity supply for residential, commercial and public sector customers.

Past video interviews eco-philanthropists and conservation campaigners

Laetitias first documentary film was made in 2011 for the iconic eco-philanthropists Northface and Patagonia adventurer-brand-builders-turned-mega-conservationists, Doug and Kristine Tompkins www.tompkinsconservation.org. The short documentary includes a very rare first-hand personal interview Doug Tompkins gave at home in South America that traversed his whole life story. It was shot in two of the major National Parks the Tompkins co-created in Patagonia which amounted to 6.2 million acres acquired to provide inspirational eco tourism, land restoration, rewilding for endangered wildlife and rare biodiversity.

When Doug passed away in 2015, Kristine asked Laetitia to show her documentary (filmed by wildlife cinematographer Madeleine Farley) about her late husband at his memorial held at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco to a large audience of lifelong environment, clean energy, climate and conservation dedicated guests. This short documentary has gone on to inspire three major documentaries including an upcoming biopic on the Tompkins extraordinary life, Wild Life by Little Monster Films released Spring 2023. Laetitia donated her short film to Tompkins Conservation.
